Good condition for the year with no signs of damp. The caravan is fitted with a motormover but, for some reason, it has stopped engaging on the one side but can be seen to be revolving etc. so would hopefully be an easy fix. Apart from that, everything works as it should, although the heki rooflights would benefit from having new blinds/flyscreens fitted.
