The caravan is in fair to good condition, although as expected with older caravans, there are a few cosmetic dents and scrapes which were present when we purchased it 4 years ago.
It has not been used in the last couple of years and has been in storage, so it will need a clean – see pics to illustrate (but it is not overly dirty by any means).
Went to visit the caravan at weekend (as we live a distance from the storage unit) and there are no signs, as we can see, of leaks and it felt dry.
There had been a problem at the front/right corner three years ago which we had addressed with seals repaired/replaced. At the same time we replaced the front/side window seals which seemed sensible to do, to prevent any issues with these, as they were original.
