PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.The 1st 7 photos show the caravan 2 years ago. It has been empty, and the remaining photos show the overgrown and part finished exterior.Sited at Camping Domain du Lac in Blangy le Chateau this van has stacks of potential for little outlay. Fees are £2200 annually and are paid up to 31st December 2024. The site is open from 1st April -31st October each year. No age limit on vans. Due to ill health, the planned work out side is unfinished but all materials are onsite to finish. The fence is complete, but the patio is to finish, and the timber is there to build 2 flower boxes. 1 over the A frame and 1 within the fence. All white goods, TV, DVD, kitchen stuff etc have been left, and there is an extra freezer in the shed. I am told that there is a leak under the sink in the bathroom, so that will need fixing before the water is turned back on. As its an English van, all the sockets are english, so no need for adapters.
