Please see photos for condition. Caravan used less than 3 weeks in the last 5 years. Recently new tyres, about 100 miles on them.The caravan has all you need for a basic, but very comfortable time touring. It runs on both gas, as well as electric hook up, which is also included. it has hot water, heating, fridge, freezer, oven, and grill, cooktop, sink, units, chemical toilet, two double beds that can both be converted to seating areas and tables during the day, and an abundance of storage. There is a basic FIMA awning that goes with it as well as a strap down winter cover that has been on it through the last winters. It will come with a gas bottle.This is a very functional and useful caravan. There are a few things to be aware of, some of which I will try to fix before selling, but time is not on my side at the moment so price your beds accordingly, and if I get to it obviously it’s a bonus.- The toilet floor is weathered and has a crack in it. It would ideally be glued or replaced as a result. We never used it as a washroom just as a toilet.- One of the skylight mounts was broken when pulling the cover off recently.
