Relisted – This caravan was bid up to £250 buy someone who never even got in touch, who know why.Bailey caravan, Steel base is solid, external aluminium is good but some dents on the roof at the front. Timber structure will need replacing in areas. Will need re fit out as the veneer has delaminated in places and the hardboard ceiling has got damp. This is a one family owned caravan from new but the weather has got to it. its solid underneath and has been supported off the suspension/tyres for many years. But the tyres are old! not perished but old.The softwood frame behind the aluminium outer shell will need replacing in various areas and this can be seen around the rear side window, when you push on the side of the caravan it moves in and out.It can be towed but just consider the tyres. The cover for the gas bottles is not connected due to the hinges being rusty. As a restoration project it is still worth while. The caravan is located in Hertford and need to go as we are losing the parking place. Feel free to ask questions.
