The Front Lounge, 2 bench seats which can be used either as
a large double bed or 2 singles. 2 Drawer cabinet with extendable occasional table
top. Large skylight, down lights. Lots of storage with overlockers and
open shelving units. Extra storage available under the bunk. Down lighter, 2
wall lights.
Kitchen area 3 good size overhead locker style cupboards. Pan
cupboard with cutlery draw beneath the worktop. Gas oven and grill, 4 burner
hob. Fridge with small freezer compartment that works off gas or electric. Sink
with cupboard underneath. Under cupboard lights.
Opposite the kitchen area is a dinette that converts into
bunks. With over overlockers / shelves and privacy curtain. There is also a
good sized wardrobe. Blown air heater and also a blown air heating system.
Down lights .
Tv hatch with carousel and sliding door. TV connection
point, 12 volt and mains socket power points. These are connected to a signal
booster and the aerial. Additional down light.
The Rear Bedroom,
Bedroom with a fixed bed and privacy screen, storage
cupboard for table. On the left is a washbasin with cabinet beneath and storage
shelves. Down lights over mirror. There are plenty of overlockers and fitted
shelves. Down lighters for reading. Gas strut access to under bed storage.
Serviced on 02 August 2021 by A and E leisure. Some works
needed. Thermacouple needs replacing for grill as it wont stay lite….
