Overall this is a solid towable van, which, with a bit of care and time, could be used as a small living space, or an enjoyable holiday tool. This caravan was modified to be lived in, it has a fixed space at the front to fit a standard double mattress, as well as an extended kitchen compared to the original construction. When last used all the appliances were working properly including hot water, and gass. However, it has been stored for a few years and they have not been tested since. Some work would need to be done on waste water pipe.It still tows well with tires holding air, general surface rust, expected for age of caravan.The main front section of the caravan is dry, with no leaks. The damp shown in photos is in the shower room at the rear, most likely cause is the leaky sun roof directly above (also shown in photos).No curtains or soft furnishings are included.
