Bailey Pageant Series 7 Touring Caravan. 2 Berth. 2010 Model.This is an asset disposal from my former company, hence being sold as an auction. As it’s an auction the caravan is being sold a spares or repairs. No returns. My company purchased this as a temporary office last year. It’s only been used for about 3 months as a place to greet clients on a remote location. The electrics worked as they should on electric hook up. The Gas system is untested and I’m informed the cooker was disconnected, I don’t know why so please presume it does not work. The fridge, the heating, the water, the hot water, the microwave, the lights, the plugs all worked as they should on electric hook up. We used the motor mover to move the caravan and that seemed fine.The caravan is dry throughout with no apparent damp. The caravan is located in Cambois, close to Blyth Northumberland. NE24 Postcode. It is in a storage compound. This is a genuine auction, I have tried to tell you everything I know, faults as well. The auction will run to the end, I will not disclose the reserve price sorry.
