1992 Swift Corniche 14/2No reserve, I bought this little van 3 years ago to put me on for a month or two. I work away from home (construction) and this has literally been my home 5/6 nights a week since mid 2016. Nearly 3 years later I’ve upgraded to a Bailey!The van is nearly 27 years old so please don’t expect a pristine caravan. I am a clean person, non smoker so although it’s dated I have kept it in quite a tidy condition but if you have the time to put into it, lick of paint, an old school retro refit or whatever then you’ve got a fairly good foundation here.I had this van serviced in 2017 and 2 new tyres were fitted in June 2017. Service found some issues and the service report will be given to you along with all the paperwork which was already in the vanGas was tight apart from the fridge (gas to fridge turned off and fridge has ran on mains)There is age related damp but nothing structural. I would definitely recommend resealing (NO SMELL INSIDE)Water boiler wouldn’t ignite so no hot water (I’ve not looked any further into this as I’ve always stayed on sites with showers and pot wash area so it hasn’t caused me a problem)Gas fire is air tight on gas feed but wouldn’t ignite (needs new igniter and a good clean)Soft spot in doorway about 500mm X 500mm (rest of floor is ok)Crack in sink, was sealed and…
