Have owned since Feb 2013, comes from a pet free and smoke free household, with part service history. New tyres and flexible gas hose fitted at last service August 2021. 2019 and 2020 services missed due to covid restrictions and house renovation.Complete with powrtouch auto engage mover, Starcamp Magnum 390 awning fibreglass/aluminium poles and alko wheel lock.All previous service documentation present, including CRIS registration in my name and current addressBoth the exterior and interior are in a lovely condition, regularly cleaned inside and out, oven, microwave and fridge in as new condition, mattress protector fitted from new. Removable carpets have never been down and are as new. There is slight damage to the nearside rear corner moulding (see photo), there is no main structural damage, it is purely cosmetic. The moulding part no. is 1130760 from Prima Leisure.The 2021 service did highlight some small areas of low damp readings in the floor 20% to 30% (see attached photo of report).
