LMC MÜNSTERLAND LUXUS 4 BERTH. Approx length 6 metres.Approx 1200kgs dry weight.I think it’s touring days may be behind it but would be ideal temporary accommodation for building project etc as the interior is lovely and very comfortable.Think it’s a 4 berth but might make into a 5.Tows well but has been stood for 12 months and is showing signs of damp/rot in usual places, all corners underneath and the floor of the front storage compartment has rotted out but hasn’t encroached to the inside yet so may be sortable.Smells nice and fresh inside, not musty or damp.All the walking areas inside are solid.The windows on the offside have problems, they’re double glazed and the front and rear ones have cracks and a small holes that let water into the middle of the window but not into the caravan, the middle window(shower room)has a big piece missing and a crack on the internal side too.One of the exterior rear grab handles is loose and will need securing.Obviously you will need to have the appliances safety checked as I have no record of when they were last inspected.Unsure of age, guessing late 80’s early 90’s.You really need to come see for yourself and make your own mind up.Any questions message/ring 07454894672.Collection from Meltham near Huddersfield.Thank you for looking.Jonny
