We bought this a couple of years ago to live in whilst building an
extension on our house. We have also taken it away for a couple of
holidays. It is in very good tidy condition. no major dents or cracks.
Interior is clean with no rips or tears. New carpet, new battery and battery
charger. It tows really well, and brakes are good. the floor is solid and so
are the wall panels. There is no sign of damp in the walls at all.
We have used on 240V and can confirm the heating, water, and fridge
work. The oven and hob were working on gas without problems. We do not know if
the fridge or heating will work on gas. The water heater has been replaced and
has not been reconnected to the gas. We advise getting the gas and electrics
checked out.
The cassette toilet works as it should. The bathroom sink works but the shower
head has been disconnected due to a leak but is still in the caravan so could
be reconnected.
I have some new wheel trims coming and these will be fitted.
This is in great condition considering it is about 1998. It could do with a little bit of TLC to make it really nice.
