Hi Caravan I have refurbished to use just needs little jobs to finish I’ve spent all this season using her but now have newish bailey ranger that acquired thru familyIt’s needs to finish running water fitted I use a water butt in caravan for tea coffee and cooking I’ve had electrics checked and I’ve put in double sockets with usb points in them.Cooking wise I have a little plug in electric oven for cooking and a plug in single hob I also have 850w microwave and fridge with little freezer boxThe caravan has no gas installed as I’ve been on site I’ve converted to all electric It does have an awning but I have never put it up and don’t know if all is there sorryIn the front room I have put 2 leather couches 1 of them is a double recliner which pulls out so u can put feet upAll in all and old caravan around early 90s but comfy warm and more like home from home Currently on site in marden KentI pay 40pcm storage and £20 per night when we stay there so no need to tow on road there is a lovely shower block and electric all included in £20 it’s an adult only site and is nice and peacefulDoes come with electric heater which will warm whole van Can be seen before sale end but be quick Thanks for looking ideal for foyerGood luckAs
