Heating, gas bottle, fridge, blinds and fly screens to windows. panel, pull out freestanding table. Included is water and waste container, leg winder, step electric hook up,leisure battery has not been used in over 12 months . There is No damp (as far as aware) and no mice etcThere is a porch awning but we have never taken it out of bag so not sure what condition it is
