all windows have insect blinds and pull down blinds, t has just had new battery and a new digital panel renewed, this panel controls all electrical items including the very efficient heating system. It’s connected to mains water and electric and the waste is connected to waste water drain. Inside there are two single beds which lead into the toilet, washbasin and shower, there is also a wardrobe in here. In the main room there are beds that will sleep 2/3 people and during the day this converts into a sitting area. all the electrical items, ie cooker /grill, microwave, and fridge/freezer are all built in making it easier to keep tidy. there is a full length awning complete with all neccessary ground fittings. This also has a groundsheet with slot together rubber flooring ( helps to keep it warmer underfoot and insulated ) and a carpet on top.We also have a double and single wicker seating and a second free standing fridge/ freezer. In another space we have all the connections for the Tv. The van also has got a motor mover ( not used by me) it has a large amount of external storage, the Gas connection and a new water system also. on the outside there is a table and chairs, a banana parasol and a Keter Maxi storage box all of which will be included in the sale.
