We have owned this for a year, we are only selling it because we have bought a static caravan at Skegness We purchased it complete from my father’s wife’s brother who bought it in 2000 when it was 4 years old and it has been very well looked after it comes with all the original hand booksEVERYTHING WORKS and if the winning bidder wants I will happily demonstrate this factList of items included Full awningPorch awning Knives folks pots pans plates kettles toaster bedding electric radiator 3 bottles of gas toilets rolls water wheel wast master electric hook up cable brand new leisure batterie foil clingfilm cups and mugs 2 gas bbqs leg handle in all if you come to collect this caravan with a bag of clothes and a bag of food … you could hitch up and go straight to a holiday destination Tyres are dated 2015 and have good tread ALKO ANTI SWAY HITCHIt’s a shame about the very small damp patch in the right rear corner under the rear seat it’s about 6inches long but the caravan is 28 years old The floor is SLIGHTLY spongy in the middle this is NOT …..I REPEAT …NOT because of damp… this IS because the foam insulation between the ply wood that attaches to the chassis and the plywood that is underneath the carpet has compressed over the last 28 years leaving a gap…. It’s a problem that affects most caravan’s of a certain age …. Any one who knows what they are talking about will…
