Bailey Ranger 470/4 2007. I have here for sale my 4 berth 2007 Bailey. It’s in very good condition for its age. There will be age related marks and there are the odd small scuff or ping dent but you can see these in the pictures. Completely damp free and the floor is solid. Everything works as it should and is ready for the next owner to take it away and enjoy straight away. It’s been serviced every 2 years to comply with insurance from the caravan and motorhome club. Also comes with a milenco insurance approved wheel lock. Front lounge converts into large double bed, side diner converts into a single bed or bunk beds. 3 way fridge, sink with built in draining board and cover, gas and electric blow air heating, 4 ring gas hob and gas oven and grill all in excellent condition, separate toilet sink and shower, full size awning included and a full caravan cover, alko hitch, steps, gas bottle with a fair amount left in it, Aqua roll and waste master with pipes, long hook up cable, 1/2 door fly screen, all black out blinds and fly nets work, tailor made carpets for the whole caravan that have been professionally cleaned, it is also cris registered and I have the paperwork here for the next owner to register it.
