Reluctant sale due to ongoing health issues, the caravan was used once a year for 2 weeks on the coast and the odd long weekend trip out. Due to ill health the caravan has not been used since July 2022 and has been held in secure storage since then.The caravan has all Bailey Senator Arizona features, it comfortably sleeps four people inside with ample space in the awning to sleep even more, it is equipped with features and equipment such as a CD player, hand washbasin, separate shower, 240V lighting, microwave, radio, fridge, cooker, satellite dish, sink, TV aerial, oven, 12V lighting, alarm, Carbon monoxide alarm, Trumavent room heating, Truma hot water heater, refrigerator freezer, double glazing, blinds, alloy wheels, motor mover, Alco hitch lock and comes with 2 sets of keys .We always went to a site with electric hook up therefore since we purchased it in 2017 have never used the gas cooking facilities and hot water heater but still had them tested as part of the annual service ( last service done 09/06/2021)During the last service a section at the front of the caravan was noted to have a damp area due to a window not being closed correctly, rather than part repair we had the front completely replaced (see invoice dated 10/09/2021)The awing has only been used twice, it comes with curtains and a full size breathable ground sheet and colour coded assembly diagram there is also an electric oven and hot plate for cooking in…
