We bought this caravan with the hope of modernising and taking breaks last year but unfortunately only got the chance for the our first trip Easter weekend , every thing works ,oven, hobs , heating and hot water, new tv , also new breaks, tyres, and wheel bearings . Has lots of documentation and manuals I believe 3 previous owners , sorry I’ve not much sales experience or caravan experience but will try to answer any questions you might have , comes with awning but we haven’t taken it out so conditions unknown, however going by the condition of the caravan when we bought it (excellent) I’d assume the awning will be fine , thanks
