1 owner for last 19 years I think it’s registered as 2004 but not 100 % sure, great van with all the extras included in the sale, comes with full awning, microwave, tv, oven, sink, fridge, radio, full working air conditioning, gas fire, cassette toilet ( never used for number 2’s ) lighting, water butt, hook up leads & 2 bottles of gas 1 full & 1 about half full, It’s really ready to go it’s been stood for 4 years as not used it so decided to sell, been a great van, I put a double mattress in the rear bedroom as didn’t use the seats but can be removed if desired, the cushions are there but has a few small holes please see pics, Won’t effect use Etc, the seated area has a stored away table with easy access, it has an alarm but unsure of the code, it may be in the paperwork as never used it, there is obviously a hook up & also a gas attachment for the bbq, I tried the shower but the hot water wasn’t working, I had it looked at & am told the selonoid needs replaceing or poss freeing up, they are about £23 & straight forward enough to replace, the shower door comes out to create a door to separate from the main area for privacy, the catch on the door wants freeing up as not quiet catching, other than that it’s as it should…
