Hello, up for sale is my 4 berth caravan a real bargain to the right buyer. The caravan was purchased by me as a project needing some internal damp repairs to an area adjacent to the door as shown in the pictures. I had planned on removing the shower tray repairing some cracks in the tray and lining the walls with upvc cladding. I removed some partition walls around the bathroom and the shower/washroom along with the cooker and units surrounding it to expose the damaged area. I was surprised to find when I exposed the stringers that they were not too bad and they started to dry out once exposed, following a chat with the previous owner He sealed the roof vents and the rail along the outside so the leak may be cured and given the amount of rain this year there was apparently no new water in the van. The van was sited on a permanent site and the chassis looks like new with good wheels and a Alco tow unit and lock. I found some more damp patches at the end of the caravan and to be honest I now realise I do not have the time to put all this right as I had planned on just a couple of weekends work so I am reluctantly selling her.
