Bailey Senator Arizona 2007 Purchased 6 weeks ago from a main dealer as our second choice caravan following the sale of the caravan we wanted. That original caravan is now back on the market and I have reserved it on the premis of selling this one! This caravan is fully HPI clear, has just been fully serviced (just under 11 months left until the next one) and I have all the CRIS documents. Every manual is available and everything is fully functioning. I have a full damp report, which was only conducted just prior to my purchase. The van is completely damp free and wants for nothing! Comes with remote caravan mover, al-ko chassis lock, and new spare tyre. Main tyres are in fantastic condition with absolutely no cuts or cracks. There is still at least 2 years life left, based on age alone. The caravan tows like a dream and is incredibly lightweight with an MTLPM of 1500kg. And a MRO of around 1250kg. I have sterialised the onboard water tank and deep cleaned the carpets. The caravan will be valeted prior to collection for the buyer. The original plastic covers protecting the laminate flooring are still in place throughout! I have had the electrics changed to a single 13pin plug, so no more adapters required…! I had the alarm panel replaced under warranty, so that is fully functioning and the caravan comes with a new leisure battery. The shower is really good! And the size of the bathroom is perfect for our family. It has a really decent size…
