The spec is in the pictures.The caravan had a damp issue that had been fixed before we bought it, but it seems to have gotten a little worse in the past few months. There is some softness to the kitchen wall and some shrinkage of the wallpaper. There’s also a patch by the door on the floor.The upholstery is in very good condition, as is the flooring. All the electrics, heating, hob, fridge, cooker, and water work (including the internal water tank).
