As you can see from the photos, i would say the caravan is in good condition for a 2010 model.There are absolutely no signs of damp in the caravan and the floor is totally solid. It has no nasty smells i.e smokers, pets or damp and all the appliances are working as they should. The caravan is the lightest coachbuilt fixed bed on the market only weighing 1055 KG unlaidened and 1252 KG fully laidened so therefore can be towed by most medium size cars.The caravan is also compact been only 15 foot 3 inches internally and the width is 7 foot 2 wide.
