Our lovely family caravan is for sale – very sadly. Has hardly been used.Bailey Ranger 2004 with complete full awning and curtains.The awning is stored inside the caravan so is dry and away from light damage.Very comfy sitting area to front that converts to double bed – by simple pull out system.There is another sitting area with table at side that converts to bunk beds & fixed bunks to rear.Everything works fine- fridge with small freezer/dual power, cooker hob and oven all gas- water heater- heating system and gas fire.There is a big central skylight that makes it feel large and airy.There are black out blinds and fly screens to all windows.Stable type door with window.Bathroom with Thetford cassette toilet and built is shower/tray. This works fine my daughter has used a couple of times as hates campsite showers!This is a very lightweight caravan to move and mum and teenage daughter can easily move and set up.The carpet has poppers so can easily be removed and there is lino underneath itWe have only used awning once and forgot to take a photo. It is huge and doubles the size of accommodation. We will show a purchaser how to set it up if they wish.There are curtains to awning and its v easy to set up, once you have done one they are all pretty much similar.It is a full awning and one of pictures shows the curtains for the awning.The only couple of snags we have seen are;* …
