2005 Bailey Ranger 550/6 touring caravan.It has had significant ingress of water around its front window leading to significant rot and damage to the front with mould and mildew.It has been cleaned up and most of the damage is to the front. No other issues with water ingress.INTERIOR:- 12v with electric hook up to leisure battery in full working order.- Leak on hot water tank (requires replacement seal)- Shower tray cracked around drainage hole – Most of the upholstery has mould/mildew stains. All cleaned but stains and damage remains.EXTERIOR:- Awning rail crushed on off-side as per picture.- Bumps and dents from years of usage as pictured.- Seal around front window has corroded away. Window itself in reasonable condition but tape is stopping water ingress.——BUYER TO COLLECT FROM BB7 AREA ONLY——NOTE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE AS PER PICTURES BEFORE BIDDING
