Includes porch awning, spare wheel, gas bottles, step, waste water container, fresh water aquarolls, electric hookup cable, battery, stabiliser, wheel levellers.Caravan comes with full size cooker oven and grill with 4 gas rings, 3 way fridge, cassette toilet, sink and shower with curtains, blinds and fly screens all in excellent condition. Front seats can be used as 2 singles or converts to large double. Seats at rear convert to double with single bunk above. This section can be closed off with a folding door to make end bedroom. The caravan is in good condition for its year. We are non smokers and have no pets. The shower tray has been repaired and the front windows have some sun damage on the outside and awning rail has been resealed. Apart from that it is a very comfy tidy van ideal for a family holiday.
