New water system installed. Service report and damp report can be seen. Small amount of damp in bathroom from a leak three years ago, this has improved in dryness since and last service recorded it as not a concern.Only things that do not work are the fridge/ hot water on gas. Both work absolutely fine on electric. Everything else is in full working order. Two brand new premium tyres purchased in April 2022 – spare wheel included. This caravan is lightweight (MTPL- 1148) and offers a good sized bed at the front along with rear double and pull out bunk.Please note payment is by bank transfer or PayPal on collection – no cash.
