500/5 model year 2004. Bailey ranger. Fully working but needs a new front window fitting. Due to snow/ice damage whilst in storage over winter the main large front window has cracked. I have patched it up to stop any further ingres of water but there is some damp under the window seal where water git in. Does not look structural but might benefit from new wallboard to make good. That’s the bad news!Good news rest of van is fine, all working as it should. Hit / cold water, mains electricity, shower, cassette toilet, gas hob, gas fridge. Gas blown heating or electric blown heating. Blinds, back one needs attention but does close just fiddly to get up.5 birth.Rear dinner which converts to small double with bunk over.Side washroom / shower toilet.Located ipplepen on site just outside Newton abbot. As I live in Bristol I can’t offer viewings as too far to travel .I have giving a fair and honest description, great family sized caravan. Been quoted £900 for new window fitted.2 keys and log book Criss registered.I have owned for three years. Please remember it does need a new window…
