We have had this caravan for about 5 years and it has been lovely. It is
in really good condition for its age and everything works as it should
It comes with the following:-

house. It is in very good internal condition with no signs of damp. All walls
and floor are solid.
The solar panel keeps the battery charged and we have been off grid for
a couple of weeks with no electric hook up. It keeps the battery charged enough
for lights, water pump, heating fan and phone charging etc. The heating works
on gas and electric and so does the fridge and water heater. Oven and hob are gas.
Some of the window stays need replacing.
