Bailey Ranger 5 berth 500/5Working electric fridge, gas oven, grill & 4 burner hob.We have never used the leisure battery always booked electric hook up pitches. All internal lights working. Sleeping – 2 double beds or 1 double, 2 small singles with bunk bed above.Bunk bed end has folding bedroom door and a removable table.Freestanding table for the large seating area.Hot water working to sink. When we bought the caravan the water was not connected to the basin in the toilet area, it was not an inconvenience so haven’t fixed it, ideal dressing room with large mirror. When we were cleaning the toilet the flush control broke, we have the parts but not replaced yet.Windows have fly screens and blackout blinds, all windows apart from the front have curtains.Selling with water containers and pump.Full size canvas awning and breathable ground sheet. The awning is original, fully waterproofed but the skirt has some tears which have been repaired.It’s has a gas fire but never used so would probably need a service, we use a small camping fan heater if it’s cold as we have paid for the electric hook up!No damp and in good condition for its age (1999) a few scuffs and small dents on the outside.Reluctantly selling as we have outgrown the caravan but have enjoyed many holidays in it over the last 7 years.Please contact us on 07876571124 to view.
