Excellent condition 1998 Bailey Ranger 470/4 touring caravan. We’ve owned it for six years and looked after it well – everything works! Details: – It’s dry! No damp. – Single axle. – Carpeted. – Sleeps 4: Front sofas convert to a double bed, side chairs convert to bunk beds. – Top bunk has a detachable ladder and protective side panel to stop someone falling out! – Four ring gas cooker with gas grill and separate gas oven. – Fridge that runs off mains hook up, leisure battery or gas, with small ice box. – Heater that runs off either gas or electric. – Gas water heater. – Bathroom at the rear of the caravan, with basin, toilet and shower. – Loads of storage in overhead lockers, under seating and large front external locker. – New tyres (18 months ago, but it doesn’t do many miles!) – Brand new Truma ultraflow water connections and filter for the cold water feed. – Brand new Alko jockey wheel. Supplied with electric hook-up cable, water pump attachment and red (propane) gas regulator.It doesn’t though come with leisure battery, gas bottles, water barrel or steps – afraid we need all of these for our new ‘van!The van is 21 years old, so there are a few cosmetic things to note: some of the blinds are slightly damaged (they work well enough though), the trim on one of the seat cushions is coming apart, and the shower is pretty feeble – I think this is very common in caravans this old!
