I have owned this caravan for more than 5 years and have used it no more than 3 times each summer – less than 15 outings in total. Generally it is in excellent condition for its year and except for a couple of leaky taps which need new washers fitting everything works perfectly. It is totally dry throughout and smells just like a caravan should with no artificial air fresheners or anything like that. It has been very well looked after by myself and the previous owner who had it for 9 years. The marks on the carpet seen in the photos were bits of fluff and are not there now!It is CRIS registered and has all the relevant documentation including instruction booklets for all the appliances and accessories.
