Comes with all the usual mod cons – gas heater, fan heater, hot water, stereo and removable carpet (not shown) end wash room with wardrobe and huge shower. I had a motor mover fitted (included) but really lightweight van to tow and move around. The dining table turns into bunk beds which are curtained off. There was a bit of damp by the front window where the seal had gone, but the window was replaced last year and the seals fixed. Included in the price is all the accessories – porch awning, 2xwater barrels, waste water, 2x calor gas bottles, leisure battery, wheel lock and hitch lock. Also includes towing mirrors (suction cup, so universal fit)
