There is some water ingress due to natural wear and tear and age of the caravan, the units, upholstery and equipment are in very good condition for its age. Serviced today 29/01/20 Wheel Bearing replaced, new element fitted to boiler, fridge working on mains electric and gas, but not on 12v apart from that everything tested and in full working order and good to go.
