welcome to the sale of my in-laws 2 berth caravan. This caravan has been very well looked after during its life and serviced every year until 2022, when it was last used.My father in law can no longer use the caravan due to a disability and the caravan was stored under a cover (cover not available due to uv damage). The tyres were replaced three year’s ago and the spare is brand new.Everything works as it should and the caravan is ready to go on holiday with hook up waste container Water barrel tv antenna pots pan’s and crockery and more and I have kept the leisure battery on a battery conditioner. The caravan has a porch awning and a full size awning but please note the full size awning has never been used by my in-laws and has been stored in their dry shed for the past 10 year’s, so it’s condition is unknown….but it looks to be okay…just needs a good airing I imagine. The paintwork has a good shine and is in great nick for it’s age with only one small scratch ( pictured) and the floor is solid with no soft spots or damp. About 5 year back there was a water leak on the front seem above the window but was professionally repaired (see photo) and it did not cause internal damage and has never been a problem since.
