Also the mattress on the fixed bed is slightly a mis match to the base but brand new and has never been any problem. Motor mover, full length awning, comes with 2 end pods..no rips or tears.. plus a separate porch awning with ground sheet for weekends away when the full length awning is not used, also comes with water roller barrel and grey waste.
