I bought this caravan new in 2014. It cost £19,000 excluding the awning.I was living abroad from for almost the entire life of the caravan and only used it when back in the UK a few times a year. This means that the caravan has a had very little use for a caravan of its age. I probably only used it for 3 weeks a year, on average. It is therefore in very nice condition. It is registered with “CRIS” in my name.It sleeps 4 inside. Two in single beds and two in the double bed that is formed from the living/dining area. The awning has an annexe/pup tent which will sleep a further two in great comfort.The stylish Kampa awning is inflatable and goes up very easily. I bought it new in about 2017. It has a living room with various removable panels plus an annexe/pup tent that can be zipped in if required. The caravan has central heating and hot water that can run off gas or 240v. The oven runs off gas but also has one 240v hob element. The fridge can run off 240v, 12v or gas. The lights can run on 240v or 12v. All the appliances (heating, hot water, fridge, oven, toilet, shower) work perfectly.The bathroom has a basin and an excellent shower (very little used).
