Unfortunately change in jobs means we can’t use the caravan as much as we would like to. Comes with a full size Dorema awning purchase July 2016, with external blinds and steel poles so very robust.Includes motor mover, Alko stabiliser and hitch, 2 x 40l aqua rolls, 1 x Waste Master, electric hook up and leisure battery. New mattress last year. 2 x gas’s bottles: 1 is empty and the other is half full. There is an external BBQ point and electric socket.The lining of the shower has a curve in it and unfortunately it has split whilst using it for storage over winter (see photo). This can be repaired, it has been of no detriment to us or many other caravanners as we use the onsite facilities.Awning includes carpet, table shown with the kettle on and rubber jigsaw type matting under the carpet for comfort and warmth.The caravan is currently sited fully set up near Sutton on Sea, Lincolnshire and will be prepared for removal on purchase.Our starting price is realistic to reflect the split to the shower wall lining.
