Bailey Pagent Imperial 2 berth caravan, 1999 and in very good condition for year. It has a rear bathroom with Toilet, wash basin, shower and cupboard space. 4 ring gas hob with grill and oven works as it should, 3 way fridge/freezer works correctly.Hot water heater produces hot water quickly. Gas fire works but warm air heating blower is a bit fiddly but it works. Upholstery is in very good condition,sofas convert into a very large double bed. Lots of storage.All windows have roller insect screens and thermal blinds as well as front and side curtains.Digital TV aerial, radio/cd player. Recent heavy duty tyres, and wheel trims ,Rear lights replaced last year and so was the leisure battery. Will come with a nearly new gas bottle, water pump and container, waste water pipes and bucket.Electric hook up cable and normal 3 pin plug hook up, this caravan is in lovely condition, we bought it last year but have decided to stay with our tents for camping. this caravan is ready to go on its next adventure.
