Caravan is in good condition for age, has always been maintained and serviced fairly regularly. There is no fridge but has been made safe.We just used a 12v cool box (not included).Everything else works and we’re leaving a TV /DVD player and cd player included.Van is fitted with a motor mover, and was last used a couple of weeks ago.12v leisure battery and tyres are only 2 years old.Caravan isn’t damp but did have a small leak from shower drain but is fixed (however carpet could do with replacing but ok ).
