Bailey pageant series 5 champagneBunk bed and double seating/bed at the front with a huge walk in shower bathroom area.. We have used this caravan for years but 2 years ago we parked it up in storage and went down a motorhome route.. In that time the caravan wasn’t touched until a few weeks ago.. We have been up and checked the utilities and everything is still in good working condition, fridge included working and getting ice cold on gas and 240Heating works works inc pump hot water etc Issue has arisen with Damp/rot to the front and will need rebuilding and partially behind the front seating as its soft to touch..Floor is in great condition throughout it’s just the wallsI’m a carpenter by trade so depending how this auction goes I may remove the listing and repair over the winter months.. We have had loads of fun with the kids over the years and it’s a shame I didn’t clock this sooner..The damp has come from the front roofing trim above the front window looking worse for wear, I’ve removed and resealed this down, luckily somehow there’s no rot or damage to the roof timbers it’s just the stud work and boarding around the windows.. In relation to the side, personally I’d re stud and reboard as the studding a has become unstuck from the outer alloy skin Of I can help in any way just message The caravan is located near Hartington, Buxton It tows great and I’ve just placed it back into storage there..
