Welcome to my auction for my Bailey Pageant Provence 5 berth caravan which has an Excellent layout and ideal for everyone and ready to go. Please read full description….!. To the front of the caravan it has a very comfortable U-shaped seating area which can seat 5 people comfortably. There is ample storage above and below the seats. The cushions are very comfortable to sleep on when made into a bed by pulling the slats out from the centre of the seating. It also features a large skylight in the ceiling which floods the caravan with natural light and also opens up like a sunroof. The caravan also has fly screens and blackout blinds. Underneath the seats there is a trauma hot water tank which can hold 10 litres of water and can be operated on 12v or gas, which is all in full working order. The Traumae heater has multiple different setting and it keeps the caravan very warm during the winter. The Thetford fridge can be operated on 12v or gas, which is all in good working order. There is also an extractor fan in the ceiling with 3 speeds. All appliances are in excellent condition and ready to use.In the bathroom area there is a seperate shower unit which is ready to use but does need reasealling with mastic to make good again. There is a Thetford swivel cassette toilet with an electric flush.To the rear of the caravan is another pull out bed which is very comfortable….
