This van is in cosmetically good condition but does need some attention.
Non smoking owners.No pets.No odours.This van has been well used, and continues to be in use up until this point.We have been told this van has damp, worse in the rear end, but potentially elsewhere also.
The exterior right side of the van has some fading to the graphics. Can add additional photos if needed.The fridge door has dropped, needs to be lifted to be closed.
The shower tray is cracked. Sealed with silicone.Waste water pipe cracked.Electric flush not workingThe water heater works on gas only: needs an element to run off electric. Working order when run on gas. Heats quickly.Small crack in rear window external plastic, not letting water in.Floor is solid but spongy in places: delamination.Needs new leisure batteryGas strutt on front storage box needs replacing.There are issues for attention.
