2009 5 Berth touring caravan.With the exception of a few dinks on the outside of the van it is in overall very good condition for its year and there is no damp. The layout of the van is perfect for a family. The front seating converts to a extra large double bed but would easily sleep 3 people. The rear of the van is a dinette which converts to a double bed with a overhead bunk bed. This is currently made into a fixed bed with a small double mattress and memory foam matress topper which can be incuded in the sale if required. Everything in the van is in full working order and can be viewed working. The interior of the van is in excellent condition.It will be sold with original carpets, aquaroll, wastemaster, water pump, electric wire.The van is finance free and is CRIS registered. The van is sited in Brean and will be having a habitation service and new tyres fitted on Monday 17th June 2019.
