Caravan was recieved in part exchange 12 months ago,for a car I sold, with a view to using for holidays. Now that my cicumstances have changed, I now holiday on my own abroad. The caravan is really dry with no leaks or dampness.Since I recieved the caravan it has been in storage and therefore has had no work done on it and no checks on water, gas and electrics or heating and would be advisable to have all the systems checked prior to use.Now for the boring bit,FAULTS. There are some small dents to the outer shell (see photo’s) but nothing major. Two windows,left and right front sides (only one of the skins on each are cracked) but no leaks. Glass cover for hob is missing. front external bonnet needs replacing (NEW ONE SUPPLIED) will fit if I have time. Various blinds with varying faults. Roof blind runners have gaps in them but still supports the blind. Toilet cassette is missing. Damage to peninsula worktop due to being burnt but has been touched up with a paintbrush.Prior to bidding, it is strongly advised that you view the caravan to satisfy yourself that you wish to purchase, what you see is what you get.(No extras at all).I know little to nothing about caravans but feel that once gas, electrics and water are checked it would be a usable caravan in it’s present condition.As a footnote, I have had the caravan CRIS checked and it has come back…
