Bailey Pageant Mozelle 4 berth caravan.Was bought for site use on a renovation project and is no longer needed.The caravan is road-worthy, but is equally suited for use as an extra bedroom, crash-pad, studio or garden room. Clean and dry inside.We stripped out the appliances that weren’t working at time of our purchase.So, if required, it needs a new fridge, water heater and some form of room heater (we removed a broken gas heater and planned to fit a wood stove).Working Belling gas oven and hob on board.Kitchen sink and drainer.Generous bathroom.Thetford cassette toilet.Separate shower cubicle.Bathroom sink.Wardrobe.Space for fridge. (We had a small 240v fridge/freezer in it).240v lighting working.12v lighting needs attention.Plenty of cupboard space.Recently re-upholstered cushions throughout.Rear lounge/double bed.Seats and table that convert to bunk beds.Separate movable table.Blinds and fly screens.Motorised caravan mover.The previous owners caused a small gash on one side (cosmetic only) and there are a couple of small holes in the body from where we have removed appliances (see photos).
