Quite an easy repair as I have done it before (photo’s attached) The mistake I made was use the wrong type of sealant. If done properly, this will be a bargain of a family caravan with a good resale value. It has a working motor mover, 100w solar panel and charging system, leisure battery, good sized end bathroom and L shaped main seating area. Large sky light and plenty of storage. The van has age related marks and is in need of some TLC and repair. The van also comes with a large air beam awning,water & waste barrels.2x large gas bottles, one is full.Known faults.Water ingress at front of van, from window rail.Floor laminate around the toilet slightly lifted due to toilet door seal needing replacing. Floor structure is good as it is not wood.Shower had leak around plug hole but this has been sealed with fibre glass.Heater works on gas but the electric element needs replacing.Water heater works on gas but needs the electric element replacing.Please only bid if you are genuinely interested.
