Welcome to the sale of our Bailey caravan. We have owned this now for several years but rarely used.It has the L shaped layout with the end bathroom and side dinette which converts to a bunk bed if needed.The lounge end converts into a nice sized double and the van will sleep a family of four comfortably.It has fly/blind screens to the door and windows and the furnishings are in excellent condition.It has a Carver heater for heating and also a Carver water heater. The bathroom is a very nice size with a good sized shower area.It is a 1997 model that is in excellent condition and has no damp or anything untoward.The tap in the kitchen has been taped up but operates as normal and no leaks.It has a 12/240 volt system with leisure battery and complete with gas bottle.The tyres were new last year as the others were perished.It is an ideal van for a new starter or small family and first to see would buy I’m sure.Viewing is welcomed to see its great condition but please bear in mind it is not new and as such has a couple of minor dinks/scratches.Advertised elsewhere so may remove if sold.
