Lovely 4 berth caravan (2002) in excellent condition inside and out. Just serviced with habitat test complete and 2 new tyres. Carbon monoxide detectors, TV point, gas/electric heating, stability device. Non smokers/no pets.

Porch awning incl and ALL extras, ie fresh water bowser, electricity cables, grey waste disposal, hose pipes.
Crack on shower screen but we haven’t used the shower in the caravan itself, although it obviously does still work as it should.
